Elaboration

LABEL 5 Scotch whisky is produced in our own fully integrated distillery: LABEL 5, The First Blending Company. The grains and malted barley are carefully selected, then crushed and mashed and their sugars converted into alcohol with yeast. The liquid is then heated in stills during distillation. Finally, the spirit collected is aged for a minimum of 3 years in oak casks. The Master Blender then blends the Malt Whiskies (produced from malted barley) and grain Whiskies to create perfect harmony. The alcohol percentage is then reduced before bottling in Scotland.

Black Paloma

Fill a glass with ice. Add 5cl of LABEL 5 Classic Black, 2cl of lime juice and 10cl of grapefruit juice, a pinch of salt and top with sparkling water.

Bourbon fresh

In a highball glass, add 4 to 6 fresh basil leaves and 2cl lime juice and crush the mixture with a pestle. Then add ice cubes and pour in 5cl of LABEL 5 Bourbon Barrel. Top up with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Black Honey

In a highball glass with ice, pour 5 cl of LABEL 5 Classic Black, 2 cl of Flower Honey and 2 cl of yellow lemon juice. Top up with lemonade. Stir with a cocktail spoon and decorate with an edible flower.

Highball Citrus

Add ice cubes in a Highball glass. Pour in 5 cl of LABEL 5 Original Citrus and top up generously with 10cl of sparkling lemonade. Mix with a spoon and garnish with a slice of lime! Your perfect fresh cocktail is ready!
